1. Acceptance of Terms

JCT Real Estate Management DBA LeasingHub reserves the right to remove any listings, accounts, or content that violate fair housing laws or this policy, and may suspend or terminate access to the platform without notice.

We do not control or guarantee the conduct of third-party users; however, any reported violations will be reviewed and addressed in accordance with applicable laws and platform policies.

5. Service Overview

JCT Real Estate Management DBA LeasingHub provides a platform that connects prospective tenants with third-party landlords, leasing agents, and property managers. We do not own, manage, or control any listed properties.

6. No Guarantee of Listings

JCT Real Estate Management DBA LeasingHub does not guarantee:

• Accuracy of listings
• Availability of units
• Rental pricing, terms, or conditions

All users are responsible for independently verifying property details.

7. Third-Party Relationships

By using this platform, you acknowledge that you may be connected with third-party landlords, agents, and property managers. JCT Real Estate Management DBA LeasingHub is not responsible for:

• Property conditions
• Lease agreements or disputes
• Actions or representations made by third parties

8. Subscription & Billing

Subscription charges are billed according to your selected plan. You agree to provide accurate billing information. JCT Real Estate Management DBA LeasingHub reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

JCT Real Estate Management DBA LeasingHub will not be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, loss of data, profit, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the platform.

10. Disclaimer

JCT Real Estate Management DBA LeasingHub does not verify or endorse the accuracy of listings submitted by users or third parties. We are not responsible for fraudulent listings, scams, or misrepresentations. All users engage with the platform at their own risk.

11. Modifications

JCT Real Estate Management DBA LeasingHub may revise these terms at any time without notice. By continuing to use the website, you agree to be bound by the current version of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which JCT Real Estate Management DBA LeasingHub operates, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

13. SMS Communications

Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your phone number and opting in, you authorize JCT Real Estate Management DBA LeasingHub to send text messages to your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt Out
